Accreditation Renewed at College of Lake County
We are pleased to announce the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Career Program at the College of Lake County (CLC) is awarded with NIMS Accreditation for excellence in metalworking training. By maintaining their status as a NIMS-accredited program, the staff and faculty at CLC have demonstrated their continued commitment to high standards for metalworking training in the state of Illinois and for the greater industry in the United States.
Led by NIMS Team Leader Jim Hommer, of Hommer Tool & Manufacturing, Inc. (Arlington Heights, IL), a one-day On-Site Evaluation occurred at the college on July 31, 2013 which concluded with Mr. Hommer's recommendation to officially renew the training program's accreditation.
