We are very excited to announce that Sandvik Coromant is returning to be a major sponsor at the NIMS Student Summit at IMTS 2010 in Chicago, September 13th - 18th. Following up on a successful collaboration at the Student Summit at IMTS 2008, the men and women in their trademark yellow coats will be the first employer students encounter upon entering the Career Development Center at IMTS. 

Students will be given a brief IMTS orientation by NIMS staff before Sandvik representatives step in to give a fantastic video orientation, focusing on the many ways precision machining (and particularly cutting tools) effect our day to day lives.  From there students will exit the Orientation Theatres to be greeted by the Sandvik SmartHub, where students can speak one-on-one with Sandvik representatives about the latest technology and the necessary skills for a career in their industry.
