A recent CNN piece focuses on CNC programming and operation in the manufacturing of parts at ADEX Machining Technologies in Greenville, SC.  While this “New Face of Blue Collar Workers” is commonplace among today’s companies,  the video from CNN’s Tony Harris show is very revealing to the general public and goes a long way in dispelling the old stereotype of manufacturing.  Just as interesting is the featured company statement that is is having  difficulty in finding qualified workers.
